Campaign Marketing Manager
FastSpring
• Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting video game publishers, developers, and studios. • Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle: strategy, messaging, execution, optimization, and reporting. • Drive qualified lead acquisition across inbound and outbound channels. • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align campaign targeting, lead generation, and execution. • Partner with the Product Marketing team to ensure campaign messaging aligns with product positioning, use cases, and differentiators. • Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to refine assets such as landing pages, case studies, and event materials. • Define success metrics and KPIs for each campaign, including lead generation and revenue. • Analyze campaign performance to inform future campaign planning. • Present clear, actionable insights to company leadership. • Maintain a strong understanding of trends in payments and monetization in the video game industry. • Travel 2x per quarter for events and team on-sites. • Have fun!
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, or demand generation.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth via multi-channel campaigns.
- Analytical skills with experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience working in or with the video game industry is required.
