Territory Manager – Cardiology
EVERSANA
• Achieve territory product sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines, and required promotional regulations • Effectively promote and educate targeted physicians/HCPs on the use of product portfolio through one-on-one meetings and group presentations • Work 5 days in the field each week, supported by office time as needed for call planning, customer follow-up, preparing presentations, making appointments, report generation, etc. • Ensure high performance levels of call and field productivity • Meet call plan expectations and achieve territory product sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines, and required promotional regulations • Execute company-approved product marketing plans and territory/regional business plan activities • Support targeted customers using company-approved resources and sales materials • Ensure territory sales strategy execution using periodic territory business plan and call activity reports • Accurately report/submit sales call activities, territory expenses and written reports in a timely manner • Attend all company-sponsored sales and medical meetings as directed by sales leadership • Balance territory and regional work and projects while maintaining a solid level of sales performance • Exhibit an acceptable level of skill in all competencies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited College or University is required
- 2 + years of current related pharmaceutical/med device/diagnostics sales experience
- Cardiovascular experience preferred
- Ability to learn, comprehend and apply medical, scientific, and commercial information to drive increased product utilization among assigned customers
- Strong sales aptitude and selling related experience through education and/or work experience
- Documented record of sales success from previously held positions
- Solid communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Proactive; can do approach
- Problem solving ability
- Solid motivational and persuasion skills
- Demonstrates team orientation
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel (to include overnight) as required

• Responsible for the HealthSystems portfolio in Hospital & Ambulatory Patient Monitoring (H&AM) • Building and strengthening customer relationships in coordination with other roles/functions (regular customer interaction) • Proactively identifying new business opportunities and qualifying them in coordination with the Key Account Manager and District Leader • Accurately maintaining the funnel in the customer relationship management tool (SFDC) • Preparing customer-focused proposals (configuration and pricing) involving the Customer Service Specialist and, if necessary, other specialists • Presenting proposals and conducting negotiations (jointly within the team) • Renewing and expanding existing customer relationships with the aim of concluding long-term (framework) agreements • Organizing product demonstrations and reference visits • Regularly monitoring competitors and industry changes and providing effective feedback to the Business Unit and Healthcare Informatics, covering equipment/products, software, customer service and other services and solutions • Additionally responsible (area-specific) for: Order intake & sales of equipment/products, software and customer service • Order intake & sales of solutions • Data quality in SFDC & forecast accuracy • Customer satisfaction (NPS) – response rate & score • Share of Wallet (SoW) • Price realization for equipment/products and customer service
