• Responsible for the HealthSystems portfolio in Hospital & Ambulatory Patient Monitoring (H&AM) • Building and strengthening customer relationships in coordination with other roles/functions (regular customer interaction) • Proactively identifying new business opportunities and qualifying them in coordination with the Key Account Manager and District Leader • Accurately maintaining the funnel in the customer relationship management tool (SFDC) • Preparing customer-focused proposals (configuration and pricing) involving the Customer Service Specialist and, if necessary, other specialists • Presenting proposals and conducting negotiations (jointly within the team) • Renewing and expanding existing customer relationships with the aim of concluding long-term (framework) agreements • Organizing product demonstrations and reference visits • Regularly monitoring competitors and industry changes and providing effective feedback to the Business Unit and Healthcare Informatics, covering equipment/products, software, customer service and other services and solutions • Additionally responsible (area-specific) for: Order intake & sales of equipment/products, software and customer service • Order intake & sales of solutions • Data quality in SFDC & forecast accuracy • Customer satisfaction (NPS) – response rate & score • Share of Wallet (SoW) • Price realization for equipment/products and customer service
Job Requirements
- Proven success in sales – particularly in identifying, managing and closing complex deals
- Experience in medical technology, health IT or the healthcare industry
- Strong capability in solution-oriented selling
- Very good understanding of clinical workflows and solid knowledge of the healthcare system
- Ability to engage confidently and convincingly with diverse stakeholders
- Strong customer focus, empathy and excellent self-organization
- Clear result orientation and willingness to take personal responsibility
- Confident presence for needs-based consulting at all decision-making levels
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills – internally and externally
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong IT affinity
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (e.g., biomedical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, etc.)
- Excellent German and English skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 80% within Northern Germany
