About the Role: CrowdStrike is in search of a Senior Systems Engineer to join our growing Production Infrastructure Engineering team. The candidate will play an important role in the architecture and management of our production systems environments. What You'll Do: - Oversee and coordinate technical resources for the purpose of driving both internal and external team projects to completion - Analyze requirements and develop solutions of technical problems based on complex business needs - Hold regular, frequent project meetings to address challenges and drive milestones - Report regularly to leadership on the status of critical projects - Understand complex technical systems architecture and make recommendations for improvement - Represent the systems team as a technical leader and provide direction and insight for projects, discovery, and problem management - Familiarity with large-scale production deployments of servers and applications inside internal datacenter - Ability to write moderate to complex scripts and programs for developing automation, tools, frameworks, dashboards, alarms. • Validate and implement the next chapter of Pavilion’s system architecture • Own integrations across core systems, including systems like Stripe, HubSpot, Hivebrite, Slack, Snowflake, AWS RDS or similar, and other third-party tools • Design and maintain reliable data flows between operational, product, sales, and financial systems, including entitlement logic and payments workflows • Build and maintain pipelines, transformations, and data models for customer, subscription, payment, revenue, engagement, and access data • Own the technical layer for entitlements and customer access logic • Support system migrations and new tool implementations, including data mapping, QA, and downstream reporting impacts • Improve data quality, freshness, observability, testing, and monitoring • Document architecture, source-of-truth decisions, data definitions, and system workflows • Partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and write requirements independently • Communicate tradeoffs clearly and balance speed with long-term maintainability

• Build AI-powered internal tools from scratch. Lead scoring models. Slack bots that answer business questions against live data. Agents that generate business reviews and surface insights without a human analyst pulling the report. Things we haven’t even thought of yet. • Ship automation that actually gets used. Sales and Marketing have workflows that are far slower than they should be. You’ll find the bottlenecks, scope the fix, and build it. • Work across our GTM stack (Segment, Customer.io, Close, the data warehouse) You’ll make connections clean and well-documented as you build on top of them. • Build experimentation and growth infrastructure so the team can run tests, measure impact, and scale acquisition without engineering bottlenecks. • Define what this function looks like at Close - there’s no playbook. You’ll figure out where engineering leverage is highest and turn that into a roadmap nobody handed you.
