• Assist in the day-to-day administration of HRIS systems, including data entry, user account setup, and routine audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Support HR staff and end-users by troubleshooting basic system issues and escalating more complex problems to senior analysts or vendors. • Generate and distribute basic HR reports • Participate in system testing for upgrades, patches, and new implementations • Maintain HRIS documentation, including process workflows, user guides, and training materials. • Collaborate with HR team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. • Monitor data interfaces between HRIS and other systems (e.g., payroll, benefits) and troubleshoot discrepancies. • Stay informed of HRIS trends and best practices to support continuous learning and development. • Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits within the HRIS.
• The IS Mechanical Designer III will design mechanical systems, components, or assemblies using engineering principles. • Works closely with project managers, engineers and contractors to create unique high-level concepts and designs for all assigned projects. • Works closely with the team to ensure the successful execution of goals of all assigned projects. • Conducts field surveys to identify existing equipment types and system capabilities. • Produces, with limited supervision, design documents including drawings, system flow diagrams and architecture, wiring diagrams, construction details, and equipment scheduling. • Delivers concepts and designs according to strict project deadlines. • Contributes to all areas of the creative process and department. • Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. • Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to team members. • May act as a lead or first-level supervisor. • Provides training to designer level staff on basic design principles and standards.
• Enters, updates, and audits system codes and tables to ensure alignment with approved HR processes and governance standards. • Reviews system data for completeness and identifies missing or inconsistent information, coordinating with the appropriate HR teams to request corrections. • Runs and monitors scheduled interfaces between HRIS and connected systems using established procedures, documents issues, and escalates interface failures or discrepancies to higher level HRIS or technical staff. • Serves as the primary point of contact for HRIS tickets and inquiries, responding to routine questions and escalating issues when appropriate. • Supports employee and manager self-service and HR user access by answering basic system navigation and access questions. • Fulfills basic data requests by providing standard information or directing requests to the appropriate HRIS Analyst or HR team. • Maintains report distribution lists and system-based user notifications as directed. • Processes standard access requests and system permissions following established controls and approvals. • Develops and maintains HRIS process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reference materials. • Performs work under direct supervision, handling routine operational tasks and referring complex, non-standard, or escalated issues to higher-level HRIS staff.

• Assists in the production of projects that are on-time, within-budget, and meet the requirements of industry standards & codes and client specifications. • Leads, schedules, and conducts site surveys to determine existing facility electrical equipment, interconnection, metering, and conditions independently. • Assists in identifying and preparing energy efficient scope of schematic design phase of projects. • Performs electrical system calculations including solar energy generation, battery sizing, generator power system sizing, wire and panel sizing, electric vehicle charging, etc. • Interacts in meetings with owners, clients, and/or architects as needed independently; prepares meeting notes. • Designs and prepares documentation for electrical systems for projects including solar arrays, battery energy storage systems, electric vehicle charging systems, combined heat & power systems, central energy plant expansion needs, and demand response programs. • Assists Mechanical Survey Team with necessary electrical infrastructure designs to support proposed mechanical equipment changes/upgrades. • Can include design work involving switchgears, switchboards, manual/automatic transfer switches, transformers, metering, and generators. • Assists all Renewables Team members with questions concerning electrical engineering design, codes, and one line diagram creation. • Assists the development team in the coordination with other disciplines, including energy modeling, demand management, financial modeling, lighting, detailed design, etc. • Assist the Director-DER with Quality Control reviews of project work by other team members. • Attends and/or teaches in-house and external training sessions in necessary technical areas related to building systems. • Participates in industry organizations and attends events, meetings, and activities. • Upholds company owner advocacy philosophy and organizational core values. • Supervises less experienced engineers, technicians, and/or analysts while managing specific projects.
