• Makes safety the number one priority at each customer site. • Develops and implements an execution plan to maximize overall business objectives, and ensure maximum profitability. • Develops and implements an account management plan for each customer. The plan includes the following strategies: communication amongst customer and Company team to identify, manage and share overall best practices and company resources. • Means to provide business development that expands the customer penetration potentially by sites or offerings. • Hiring and disciplinary duties for the team. • Reviews monthly KPIs: customer reports, account receivables and billings by SPE, completed maintenance and repairs. • Reviews and presents annual plan by site. • Provides a plan for each site for capital improvements. • Works with the team to implement improvements as needed. • Reviews and presents to the SPE boards' status updates as needed. • Evaluates performance of each account relative to customer satisfaction and provide leadership for performance enhancement and proactive resolution of issues. • Allocates resources as needed to ensure the team commitments to customers are met. • Ensures compliance with state, local, and federal legal requirements and operate the business with the highest level of ethics. • Ensures the quality of work to corporate standards and project requirements.

• Oversee the creation of technical design solutions and/or studies • Provide technical authority and direction as the Engineer of Record (EOR) • Oversee and direct the electrical engineering of projects in accordance with engineering best practices • Assist in establishing project budgets, execution plans, cost estimates and schedules • Execute electrical engineering aspects of projects within budget, schedule and quality • Prepare engineering documents • Provide mentoring and technical direction to Electrical Engineers, Designers and BIM/CAD Technicians • Coordinate communications regarding electrical engineering with project team members and clients • Assist in quality assurance reviews for all project disciplines • Attend site visits for investigation and record existing conditions • Maintain and approve electrical engineering design standards, tools, processes and procedures • Promote excellence in work execution and ensure a positive client experience

• Perform modeling of specific or multiple systems/disciplines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, cost-effective shop drawings. • Oversee the 3D modeling and coordination process across one or more projects. • Assist the BIM/VDC Manager to cultivate a team focused on strategic planning, cost-conscious execution, and continuous improvement. • Promote company culture, attitude, and commitment. • Support team members in interpreting code requirements, developing and executing project strategies, and applying the company’s best practices. • Manage BIM subcontractors on specific job assignments. • Participate in weekly staff and project meetings to ensure deadlines and quality are met. • Assist Regional operations teams and BIM/VDC Managers to keep up with software developments, database improvements, BIM/VDC advancements, and training initiatives.

• Design mechanical systems, components, or assemblies using engineering principles. • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors. • Conduct field surveys to identify existing equipment types and system capabilities. • Produce design documents including drawings, system flow diagrams and architecture, wiring diagrams, construction details, and equipment scheduling. • Deliver concepts and designs according to strict project deadlines. • Contribute to all areas of the creative process and department. • Handle complex issues and problems and refer only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. • Provide training to designer level staff on basic design principles and standards. • May act as a lead or first-level supervisor.
