• Perform modeling of specific or multiple systems/disciplines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, cost-effective shop drawings. • Oversee the 3D modeling and coordination process across one or more projects. • Assist the BIM/VDC Manager to cultivate a team focused on strategic planning, cost-conscious execution, and continuous improvement. • Promote company culture, attitude, and commitment. • Support team members in interpreting code requirements, developing and executing project strategies, and applying the company’s best practices. • Manage BIM subcontractors on specific job assignments. • Participate in weekly staff and project meetings to ensure deadlines and quality are met. • Assist Regional operations teams and BIM/VDC Managers to keep up with software developments, database improvements, BIM/VDC advancements, and training initiatives.

• Design mechanical systems, components, or assemblies using engineering principles. • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors. • Conduct field surveys to identify existing equipment types and system capabilities. • Produce design documents including drawings, system flow diagrams and architecture, wiring diagrams, construction details, and equipment scheduling. • Deliver concepts and designs according to strict project deadlines. • Contribute to all areas of the creative process and department. • Handle complex issues and problems and refer only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. • Provide training to designer level staff on basic design principles and standards. • May act as a lead or first-level supervisor.

• Assist in the day-to-day administration of HRIS systems, including data entry, user account setup, and routine audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Support HR staff and end-users by troubleshooting basic system issues and escalating more complex problems to senior analysts or vendors. • Generate and distribute basic HR reports • Participate in system testing for upgrades, patches, and new implementations • Maintain HRIS documentation, including process workflows, user guides, and training materials. • Collaborate with HR team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. • Monitor data interfaces between HRIS and other systems (e.g., payroll, benefits) and troubleshoot discrepancies. • Stay informed of HRIS trends and best practices to support continuous learning and development. • Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits within the HRIS.

• Enters, updates, and audits system codes and tables to ensure alignment with approved HR processes and governance standards. • Reviews system data for completeness and identifies missing or inconsistent information, coordinating with the appropriate HR teams to request corrections. • Runs and monitors scheduled interfaces between HRIS and connected systems using established procedures, documents issues, and escalates interface failures or discrepancies to higher level HRIS or technical staff. • Serves as the primary point of contact for HRIS tickets and inquiries, responding to routine questions and escalating issues when appropriate. • Supports employee and manager self-service and HR user access by answering basic system navigation and access questions. • Fulfills basic data requests by providing standard information or directing requests to the appropriate HRIS Analyst or HR team. • Maintains report distribution lists and system-based user notifications as directed. • Processes standard access requests and system permissions following established controls and approvals. • Develops and maintains HRIS process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reference materials. • Performs work under direct supervision, handling routine operational tasks and referring complex, non-standard, or escalated issues to higher-level HRIS staff.

• Perform assigned duties in accordance with Company policies, procedures, safety guidelines. • Documentation, collaboration, and communication regarding activities, technical issues, and solutions development to project delivery team and Team Manager on a regular basis. • Execute and complete assigned tasks and deliverables in a timely manner. • Participate in site surveys, documentation review, and due diligence activities to determine facility conditions and develop energy conservation measures. • Participate in design and submittal reviews of new construction scope as part of the commissioning process. • Actively utilize the CxAlloy software to document assigned new construction commissioning scopes. • Develop pre-functional checklists and functional performance tests in CxAlloy. • Develop technical reports and project observations to the project delivery team to support solutions development and understanding of progress, system operation, on-site conditions, and other required building information. • Implement energy conservation measures independently and/or in collaboration with project delivery team partners, such as facilities staff or trade partners, whenever required. • Review pre-functional checklists and compare to actual site conditions when required. • Troubleshoot, optimize, and modify building system programming when necessary to implement energy conservation measures. • Utilize test instrumentation to troubleshoot, verify, and optimize building system operation. • Oversee and execute functional performance tests as part of the acceptance of construction scope. • Work with project delivery team partners to ensure implemented energy conservation measures and building system programming are well documented, understood, and archived on-site and in Company storage systems designated for the project. • Maintain awareness of energy performance for assigned scopes through the duration of the project. • Collaborate with the project team to ensure performance targets are met and maintained. • Ensure issues are properly identified, communicated, tracked, and addressed by the appropriate delivery team members and partners. • Assist with the resolution of issues, including proposing solutions to the project. • Proactively address and escalate as required, impediments to achieving project outcomes and scope completion with the team manager and director. • Adhere to and exemplify IS Delivery and IS Technical Services process guidelines and SOPs. • Uphold the companies organizational core values.

• Provides technical assistance to pre-engineering teams during data collection surveys. • Leads site surveys to determine existing facility conditions and the requirements to complete the scope of work. • Develops energy conservation strategies. • Reviews Requests For Proposals (RFPs) for equipment and services procurement. • Conducts commissioning and occasional peer reviews of design documents. • Assists in the optimization of complex equipment/system upgrades. • Provides post-implementation on-site operations and maintenance training for staff. • Develops training material for Technical Services teams.

• Performs technical activities on assigned projects under supervision of a licensed professional engineer • Participates in technical studies, investigations and designs on assigned projects • Assists the project team in the production of projects that are on-time, within budget and of the utmost quality • Designs and prepares drawings for electrical systems for building projects including conducting code review, lighting calculations, lighting and receptacle layout, one-line diagrams, branch circuit, feeder, and service calculations, fault current calculations • Writes and edits electrical system specifications for building projects • Attends meetings with owners, clients, and/or architects as needed • Conducts site surveys to determine existing facility conditions and proposed conditions • Prepares and distributes meeting notes • Conducts project job site visits during construction to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications • Prepares punch lists and project observations reports to note findings • Prepares Proposal Requests (PR’s) and Supplemental Instructions (SI’s), and Responds to Requests for Information (RFI’s) • Reviews project submittal documents and approves or rejects based upon compliance with project drawings and specifications • Assists the design team in the coordination with other discipline including architectural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, structural, civil, etc • Mentors and assists in directing work of BIM/CAD Technicians and Electrical Designers in order to complete projects, and ensure quality control and professional development • Performs energy calculations • Manages small electrical design projects • Assists the project manager in establishing and preparing budgets, cost estimates, project schedules, and project contracts • Assists project manager with project billing • Assists in establishing electrical design standards • Participates in industry organizations and attends events, meetings, and activities

• Assists in the production of projects that are on-time, within-budget, and meet the requirements of industry standards & codes and client specifications. • Leads, schedules, and conducts site surveys to determine existing facility electrical equipment, interconnection, metering, and conditions independently. • Assists in identifying and preparing energy efficient scope of schematic design phase of projects. • Performs electrical system calculations including solar energy generation, battery sizing, generator power system sizing, wire and panel sizing, electric vehicle charging, etc. • Interacts in meetings with owners, clients, and/or architects as needed independently; prepares meeting notes. • Designs and prepares documentation for electrical systems for projects including solar arrays, battery energy storage systems, electric vehicle charging systems, combined heat & power systems, central energy plant expansion needs, and demand response programs. • Assists Mechanical Survey Team with necessary electrical infrastructure designs to support proposed mechanical equipment changes/upgrades. • Can include design work involving switchgears, switchboards, manual/automatic transfer switches, transformers, metering, and generators. • Assists all Renewables Team members with questions concerning electrical engineering design, codes, and one line diagram creation. • Assists the development team in the coordination with other disciplines, including energy modeling, demand management, financial modeling, lighting, detailed design, etc. • Assist the Director-DER with Quality Control reviews of project work by other team members. • Attends and/or teaches in-house and external training sessions in necessary technical areas related to building systems. • Participates in industry organizations and attends events, meetings, and activities. • Upholds company owner advocacy philosophy and organizational core values. • Supervises less experienced engineers, technicians, and/or analysts while managing specific projects.
