Contracts Administrator

Kreative Technologies, LLC

• Review, draft, and administer contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, and other contractual documents. • Support the full contract lifecycle including proposal support, negotiation, award, administration, modification, and closeout. • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations such as FAR, DFARS, and other federal contracting requirements. • Maintain accurate contract records, files, and documentation in the company’s contract management systems. • Coordinate with internal teams including business development, finance, HR, and program management to ensure contract requirements are understood and executed. • Track contract deliverables, modifications, option periods, and key milestones. • Assist with reviewing solicitations, contract terms, and risk assessments during the proposal phase. • Monitor subcontractor agreements and ensure subcontract compliance with prime contract requirements. • Support audits and reporting requirements related to contract administration. • Identify potential contractual risks and escalate issues to leadership when necessary. • Assist with development and improvement of internal contract processes and documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4-10 years of experience in contract administration, government contracting, or a related role.
  • Experience working with federal government contracts.
  • Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and federal acquisition regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
