Summary: - Patient Interaction: - Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. - Greet patients warmly and assist them with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department. - Patient Assessment: - Conduct a thorough assessment of patients’ health concerns over the phone. - Gather relevant medical history, symptoms, and other pertinent information to determine the urgency and nature of the medical issue. - Determine the appropriate level of care needed and guide patients to the most suitable healthcare resources. - Communication: - Relay messages and information between patients and healthcare teams. - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication within our health network.
