Role Description We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Coaching and Training Manager to build and deliver world-class sales and sales manager training through coaching programs. This role focuses on empowering sales managers to run effective 1:1s, coach Sales Team (Account Executives) through complex deals, and leverage tools like Gong, Highspot, and AI to make sales repeatable and scalable—ideal for someone passionate about sales performance in fast-paced, technical SaaS environments who can turn coaching into measurable revenue impact. AND... They have to LOVE doing this! They must love putting in the work to serve our sales reps and managers to ensure the overall success of our customers. You'll report to the Senior Director of Field Performance and align closely with sales leadership to drive consistent execution of sales plays and accelerate rep ramp and performance. What You'll Do - Sales and Sales Manager Enablement & Coaching: - Build and deliver comprehensive sales manager training programs, including best practices for leadership, performance management, and deal coaching. - Help managers conduct effective 1:1s with their sales reps, providing frameworks, templates, and ongoing coaching to improve rep development and accountability. - Coach the sales teams on their opportunity progression, identify blockers to advance deals through the sales cycle. - Data-Driven Coaching & Scaling Success: - Leverage Gong (or similar conversation intelligence tools) to analyze calls, identify winning behaviors and patterns, and scale successful tactics across the team. - Use AI-powered insights to make sales motions repeatable, including opportunity qualification, objection handling, and value articulation in industrial contexts. - Coach and measure the success of Sales Plays, tracking adoption, effectiveness, and impact on win rates and pipeline velocity. - Onboarding & Program Management: - Design and execute sales manager onboarding programs to accelerate new leaders' ramp-up and alignment with Seeq's GTM strategy. - Develop ongoing coaching cadences, workshops, and resources to support continuous improvement for the Sales Reps. - Monitor program effectiveness through metrics like rep productivity, manager feedback, certification completion, and correlation to sales outcomes; continuously iterate based on data and feedback. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Partner with Sales Leadership, Enablement, and Product teams to ensure training aligns with current offerings, market needs, and strategic priorities. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across regions and teams. Job Requirements
