We are on the grow again and searching for a Sales Operations Manager. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing the success of the sales team by collaborating with Sales leadership to set sales goals, projections, processes; as well as monitoring department key performance indicators (KPIs,) maintaining sales systems and metrics, and ensuring systems and tools are maximizing sales team productivity and effectiveness. This position is eligible for the APS Full Remote Work Schedule for local candidates residing in the State of Georgia. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee planning, reporting, and process optimization. - Collaborate with Sales leadership to set goals, projections and processes. - Track long term sales data, recognize and respond to trends. - Report on and analyze all sales department KPIs to drive performance towards goals. - Identify and communicate concerns with KPIs to the sales management team. - Recommend solutions for optimal performance of sales organization and KPIs. - Coordinate sales forecasting, metrics development, and strategic planning. - Remain aware of the competitive landscape to establish accurate sales metrics. - Proactively monitor sales organization efforts and identify opportunities for sales process improvements. - Ensure Salesforce tracks all data in the most optimal way for analysis. - Create analytics to better identify, understand and forecast trends and sales results. - Weekly sales team performance reporting. - Systems and tools implementation, administration, training and follow-up for continued proper usage. - Coordinate, update and communicate form/policy changes to the Sales Team. - Manages Slack channel reviews/feedback. - Reconcile revenue and lead sources. - Sales expense monitoring and reporting. - Support special project requests. - Produce Salesforce and other reports as requested by management, and ensure the data is accurate and provides summary to management or the sales team. - Administrative task management/execution, as assigned, for the team. - Assist with logistics including scheduling meetings and events. - Other responsibilities as needed or assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: NA Requirements Education, Qualifications, Skills and Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The list below is representative of the qualifications, skills, and abilities required and preferred: - Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred. - 3+ years demonstrated and related experience with increased responsibility preferred. - 3+ years of experience managing others is preferred. - Working experience in systems (Google Suite, Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Experience and understanding of Salesforce, or similar system, in functionality and reporting, preferred. - Strong analytical skills. - Strong observation and problem-solving skills. - Experience with software and systems preferred. - Strong client centric focus. - Strong ability to manage multiple projects and tasks and meet deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong planning and organizing skills and attention to details. - Ability to work with people and work as part of a team. - Must be able to work in an environment in which constant deadlines exist. - Must be able to work the hours necessary to successfully perform in this position. - Must understand all company guidelines, procedures, and workflow.
