Apply today and help drive growth through pricing excellence. - Interpret customer quote requests and deliver accurate, timely pricing quotations based on provided specifications and requirements. - Manage product quotations and serve as the primary customer liaison for assigned products, territories, and accounts. - Provide training and follow-up quote support to customers and distributors on standard products, as needed. - Prepare and present formal product quotations to customers and internal sales teams. - Partner with sales and product management to support special quotes and assess product manufacturability based on customer requirements. - Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and other business communication channels. Qualifications - Associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook); prior experience with an ERP system is preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate customer requirements, identify issues, and recommend effective solutions. - Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, with a willingness to develop functional knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures. - Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to enhance customer service levels. - Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm, positive, and professional demeanor. Job Requirements
