Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Client Enablement Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal utilization of our software products by evaluating client accounts and workflows. This position requires a deep understanding of various products and product suites, as well as the ability to provide expert support and training tailored to each client's unique needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Evaluating client accounts and workflows to identify areas for optimization and improvement. - Analyzing software utilization and providing recommendations for optimizing efficiency and effectiveness. - Developing and maintaining expert-level knowledge of various products and product suites. - Serving as a go-to resource for clients, providing in-depth information and insights on our offerings. - Leading virtual training sessions to educate clients on the features and functionalities of our products. - Conducting onsite consultations to provide hands-on support and training tailored to the client's specific requirements. - Organizing and facilitating in-person classroom and yearly Summit training opportunities for intensive training sessions. - Creating training materials, documentation, and resources to support client learning and utilization. - Developing content based on client feedback and evolving industry trends. - Gathering feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to continually enhance training programs and resources. - Implementing improvements and adjustments based on feedback to ensure ongoing client satisfaction. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Proven experience in client enablement, training, or a related role. - In-depth knowledge of Practice Management and Revenue Cycle Management. - Ability to quickly become an expert on new products and technologies. - Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. - Experience leading virtual and in-person training sessions. - Ability to adapt to different client needs and provide tailored solutions. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client workflows and identify areas for improvement. - Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients. - Up to 50% travel required.
