Gainsight
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to identify customer business challenges and map organizational needs to the capabilities of Gainsight’s industry-leading platform • Lead complex discovery engagements to understand technical, operational, and strategic requirements and translate them into compelling solution demonstrations and technical architectures • Independently design and deliver multi-product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution narratives that showcase Gainsight’s value to technical and executive stakeholders • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers by articulating the value of Customer Success and the Gainsight platform through presentations, workshops, and executive-level discussions • Create solution presentation storyboards and configure solution environments that support value-based selling and align with customer business outcomes • Assist in the creation of technical account configuration documentation, solution designs, and technical statements of work • Respond to technical questions received through RFPs and RFIs in an accurate and timely fashion • Contribute to team best practices, playbooks, onboarding materials, and ongoing enablement initiatives • Participate in Solution Consulting and Product Management meetings to stay current on product capabilities and roadmap updates while helping translate these into customer-facing narratives • Meet or exceed quarterly management objectives and revenue targets • This role may require occasional travel (up to 50%) for team meetings, prospect meetings, training, or company events
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Demonstrated experience leading complex technical sales engagements and delivering compelling solution demonstrations
- Proven ability to independently execute multi-product demonstrations and complex solution configurations
- Excellent client-facing skills with experience presenting to both technical stakeholders and executive leadership
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within a high-performance team environment
- Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly motivated with strong planning, ownership, and self-development capabilities
- Nice-to-have skills: Knowledge of Salesforce or Gainsight architecture and data model, including integration methods such as REST APIs and ETL tools
- Knowledge of relational database concepts including experience with technologies such as MongoDB or RedShift, including SQL expertise
- Experience with web application and scripting technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications
- Experience contributing to sales playbooks, demo best practices, or internal enablement programs
