Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - CPA or equivalent certification. - Minimum 10+ years progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles. - (Preferred) 4+ years experience working in private equity-backed portfolio company environment(s) or equivalent investment banking experience. - Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition principles. - Proven experience managing payroll, commissions, and capitalized software accounting. - Expertise in audit coordination. - Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools. - Bias toward automation over manual work; intellectual curiosity about how processes can be improved or eliminated. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications - Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. - Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven environment. - Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, and a demonstrated track record of eliminating manual processes. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence strategic decisions. - Familiarity with systems including Business Central, FloQast, Blackline, PowerBI, and/or Adaptive.
