HR Operations Analyst
ADG (Aquatic Development Group)
• Optimize HR systems and ensure regulatory compliance • Drive data integrity across the enterprise • Serve as a cross-functional liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors • Manage day-to-day HRIS operations, including system maintenance and support • Ensure HR systems comply with laws and regulatory requirements • Oversee HR data governance and system integrations • Conduct data validation, audits, and reconciliation processes • Support implementation of system enhancements and enterprise initiatives • Research emerging regulatory developments and HR technologies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR related experience
- 3-5 years of experience with HR technology or people analyst experience
- Experience with HRIS tools including Performance Management, Learning Management, Applicant Tracking, Compensation Planning, etc.
- Experience in Excel report writing, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs and data analysis functions.
- Strong ability for critical thinking and conveying complex situations into easily digestible communications to the target audience.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Adaptability and comfort in a dynamic, changing environment.
- Collaborative spirit, enjoys cross-functional work and building strong relationships.

In this role, you will be responsible for generalist duties in support of our Headquarters Office and remote employees. This position will be partnering with managers and employees to provide Human Resources consultation and support on HR initiatives in the areas of employee relations, FMLA/ADA/Workers’ Comp issues, administration, performance management, and legal compliance. This position is fully remote and dependent on contract award. - Work independently and conduct comprehensive investigations into all types of workplace issues and complaints including allegations of harassment/discrimination. - Partner with managers at all levels to provide objective direction regarding employment policies and practices to achieve proper resolution on complex issues. - Support management on performance documentation (performance improvement plans; verbal, written, final warnings, and terminations). - Administer federal, state, and corporate employee paperwork requirements. - Assist with the administration and tracking of FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation, and related issues. - Maintain Human Resources information system records. - Assist in maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. - Partner with management to communicate and ensure compliance with various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations. - Assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of personnel policies, procedures, and training programs. - Complete a wide variety of tasks within the time constraints of each assignment. - Proactively respond to employee questions regarding benefits, 401(k) plan, employee relations, and company policies. - Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. - 5 years of HR Generalist experience with a strong emphasis on employee relations issues is required. - PHR or SHRM certification is required. - Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity. - Knowledge of employment and labor laws. - Excellent customer relations skills with both corporate office and field employees. - Sense of urgency and ability to work within a fast-paced environment required. - Prior professional experience required to perform the position. Requirements - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills using phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools. - Detail-oriented and reliable, with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards.
