• Buscar activamente talento IT a través de diferentes canales (LinkedIn, bolsas de trabajo, recomendaciones, bases de datos internas y redes), alineado con las necesidades de proyectos en curso y futuros. • Apoyar el proceso de reclutamiento de principio a fin, incluida la revisión de CV, llamadas de preselección, entrevistas técnicas y de ajuste cultural, y coordinación con gerentes de contratación. • Construir y mantener un fuerte pipeline de talento para habilitar el reclutamiento proactivo para futuras demandas de proyectos, reduciendo el tiempo de contratación y mejorando la experiencia del candidato. • Desarrollar un sólido conocimiento del mercado IT, de datos y digital, incluidos roles clave, habilidades, niveles de seniority y tendencias tecnológicas relevantes para entornos de consultoría. • Realizar análisis del mercado y de los competidores relacionados con las condiciones de contratación, rangos de compensación, beneficios, modelos de contrato y disponibilidad de talento para apoyar decisiones de reclutamiento informadas. • Colaborar con gerentes de contratación y partes interesadas internas para entender los requisitos del proyecto, expectativas del rol y dinámicas del equipo. • Contribuir a iniciativas de marca empleadora promoviendo la cultura, los valores y la propuesta de valor del empleado de la empresa a través de los canales de reclutamiento e interacciones con candidatos. • Asegurar una experiencia positiva y transparente para los candidatos a lo largo del proceso de reclutamiento, actuando como embajador de la marca en cada punto de contacto. • Apoyar el informe y seguimiento de reclutamiento (pipelines, métricas de contratación, efectividad de la adquisición) para mejorar continuamente los procesos. • Mantenerse actualizado con las mejores prácticas y tendencias en reclutamiento IT, adquisición de talento y modelos de contratación impulsados por la consultoría. • Participar activamente en la promoción y fortalecimiento de nuestra cultura organizacional aportando nuevas ideas, apoyando iniciativas internas y ayudando a ejecutar acciones que mejoren tanto la participación de candidatos como la de empleados.
Job Requirements
- Estudios en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Laborales, Psicología o campos relacionados.
- 1–2 años de experiencia en reclutamiento o adquisición de talento, preferiblemente dentro de empresas de consultoría o entornos basados en proyectos.
- Experiencia trabajando con sistemas de seguimiento de candidatos (ATS) y herramientas de gestión de reclutamiento.
- Sólido conocimiento de roles, perfiles y conjuntos de habilidades dentro de entornos de datos, análisis, digitales y tecnológicos.
- Conocimiento de diferentes modelos de contratación y condiciones del mercado (tipos de contrato, rangos de compensación, beneficios) en contextos internacionales.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
- Inglés: Avanzado (hablado y escrito), con la capacidad de realizar entrevistas y comunicarse con candidatos y partes interesadas internacionales.
- Fuertes habilidades blandas: comunicación efectiva (oral y escrita), trabajo en equipo, resolución analítica de problemas, pragmatismo y fuertes habilidades de autogestión.
- Alto nivel de organización, atención al detalle y capacidad para gestionar múltiples procesos simultáneamente en un entorno de trabajo ágil.
- Curiosidad, creatividad y mentalidad ágil para adaptarse a los desafíos que evolucionan.
