• Define the technology product strategy and ensure alignment with enterprise business objectives and IM&T priorities • Develop and maintain technology roadmaps • Lead and mentor a team of Technical Product Managers and developers • Oversee the full application development lifecycle • Define and implement technology roadmaps that drive innovation, scalability, and competitive advantage • Partner with business product management, IT operations, and key stakeholders • Support adherence to coding standards, best practices, and QA processes • Optimize resource allocation, manage budgets, and maintain vendor relationships • Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks • Promote innovation, professional development, and adoption of modern frameworks • Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, cybersecurity standards, and industry best practices • Coordinate release planning, manage end-to-end release processes, and enforce change management policies • Evaluate, select, and manage external partners to deliver critical features and services • Track and report on project portfolio performance, set team goals, and provide guidance for successful delivery • Drive a culture of excellence centered on customer needs • Present priorities and progress to senior leadership.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience working with external service providers, software developers and engineers
  • Solid understanding UX/UI along with user-centered design and development
  • Strong services API development background
  • Firm understanding of Agile product development and strong Jira management
  • Working knowledge of tools such as SQL, Jira, and Domo
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in an environment with evolving business demands
  • Experience with leading multiple projects and advising senior leadership is desirable
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.
  • Preferred: Experience with AI, mobile, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with IaaS, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise Data Platforms, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and disaster recovery planning.
