Truestone, an Akima company, is currently seeking to add a Senior Aternity (End-User System Monitoring) Engineer to the team who will manage an Aternity platform in a government environment. The Aternity platform is a critical platform to monitor, analyze, and optimize end-user devices and application performance. Aternity focuses on improving the employee experience by analyzing data trends, collecting data through monitoring agents, and collaborating with IT teams to resolve performance incidents. Work location: REMOTE supporting the customer in South Burlington VT Responsibilities - Performance Monitoring: Proactively track the health of applications and Windows/Mac endpoints, moving from reactive to proactive symptom monitoring. - Platform Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Aternity agents and servers to ensure accurate metric collection. - Data Analysis: Utilize Aternity dashboards to analyze user experience, identify bottlenecks, and generate reports on KPIs. - Incident Resolution: Investigate performance issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with support teams to resolve issues. - Optimization: Create custom business process flows and monitor end-user activity, such as response times, for key applications. Tundra Federal is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the remote role of an Lead Deployment Engineer, providing storage and virtualization expertise for our USAF client.
