• Provide high-quality IT support to users by diagnosing and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and general IT topics. • Manage tickets in the ITSM portal – register, classify, and process user requests. • Analyse tickets and provide relevant information during escalation when needed. • Manage user accounts in relevant IT systems. • Support the smooth operation of the company’s IT environment. • Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and improve the efficiency of IT services. • Provide support also in English when required.

• Support and maintain graphics, UDT, and PLC code repositories, including change management, version control practices, and controlled release into production environments • Coordinate with internal Automation Engineering stakeholders, project teams, and contractors to ensure alignment with company goals, standards, and critical continuous improvement initiatives • Drive, develop, and manage automation standards, architecture guidelines, SOPs, and user documentation supporting both regional and portfolio-wide needs • Design and evolve automation architectures, data models, UDT frameworks, and reusable logic to support new construction and sustaining operations • Support development, testing, and controlled deployment of new automation applications and updates • Provide development-focused support during commissioning activities, including validation of software functionality, alarming behavior, and data integrity • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Construction, Reliability Engineering, Site Operations, and Automation Engineering peers to deliver and sustain reliable automation solutions • Act as an escalation and advisory resource for complex automation issues impacting live, mission-critical systems • Develop automation logic and visualization applications based on project documentation including drawings, sequences of operation, bills of material, and instrumentation diagrams • Design and maintain Ignition gateway architectures, including redundancy, performance, and long-term maintainability considerations • Promote abstraction, reuse, and standardization of automation logic across the portfolio • Provide technical leadership to integration team members and staff augmentation resources without direct people management responsibility

• Implement new business systems and enhance existing business systems (including NetSuite ERP, WMS, PLM, planning software, and others) • Identify areas of improvement in current business processes and systems by engaging with cross-functional system users and company leadership • Design thorough, scalable solutions to address identified areas of improvement • Integrate new and existing systems using an iPaaS tool, EDI, or other method of integration • Coordinate business system project timelines alongside Business Systems Senior Manager and/or 3rd party service providers • Triage and resolve business systems-related tickets and enhancement requests submitted by end users • Develop materials or conduct sessions to assist in training system end users • Contribute to development of the Business Systems team’s project roadmap, aimed at improving overall systems efficiency

• Administer and enhance the contract/workflow (CLM) platform, including configuration, maintenance, and ongoing improvements • Design and optimize workflows, approvals, forms/UI, fields, and business rules to support scalable business processes • Manage and improve data structures (tables, fields, relationships) to ensure data integrity and usability • Support and optimize the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including governance of templates and clause libraries • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support business insights and decision-making • Manage user access, roles, and permissions, ensuring appropriate security and data governance • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across workflows, data, integrations, and system performance • Support and enhance integrations and data flows between systems • Identify and implement opportunities for automation, standardization, and system improvements, including AI-enabled capabilities, to improve contract operations and efficiency • Provide global user support during EST business hours, including intake, training, and driving adoption while identifying UX improvements
