Role Description The EOC Service Manager provides operational oversight for all discipline administrators, UNIX, Wintel and NOC I, II and III in the Enterprise Operations Center. The EOC Service Manager is responsible for the availability of all production systems and applications. The EOC SM acts as a single point of contact for all critical, high and moderate priority production outages. This team provides 24x7x365 support to the BAE organization. Shifts are a 12-hour workday and on-call flexibility is required.
