Senior Product Manager
Buyers Edge Platform
• Help our AI product team define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data science and modeling across the company. • Build and manage a team’s backlog, directing product lifecycles from concept through deployment and enhancements. • Help team break large initiatives down into functional - but incremental - release milestones. • Define business cases and success metrics to drive effective backlog prioritization and track team’s measurable impact toward roadmap goals. • Partner with data scientists to validate, test, and monitor models for performance, fairness, and business impact. • Ensure the scalable deployment of models into production environments. • Understand when AI tooling and agentic workflows are appropriate to power features. • Act as the primary liaison between data science, engineering, product, and executive stakeholders for your team’s deliverables. • Collaborate with data scientists and internal team stakeholders to ensure clarity of goals, resourcing, and technical feasibility. • Setup your team’s releases for success: by training employees to use and navigate new products adeptly, and by directing marketing and release content to promote value and expand adoption rates of new features. • Conduct research with internal and external stakeholders to understand decision-making workflows and data-driven opportunities. • Monitor industry trends, modeling techniques, and competitor approaches to ensure a leading-edge data science strategy. • Use insights from model performance and business impact to refine the ai & data science roadmap.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in Product Management
- 1+ year working with AI or Data Science projects
- Experience managing the lifecycle of a customer-facing product or platform feature
- Proven success launching and optimizing high-impact messaging or communications products
- Strong product thinking, with the ability to define vision and translate ideas into actionable execution
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience interpreting engagement data and user behavior
- Comfort collaborating across engineering, design, marketing, and data science.
- Experience integrating with APIs, automation tools, or machine learning models (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of the restaurant or foodservice industry (Nice to Have)
- Understanding of SQL or Python for basic reporting or exploration (Nice to Have)
