• Identify, prospect, and close new accounts within your assigned territory • Build a consistent pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and field activity • Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize market coverage • Represent the brand at trade shows, regional events, and in-office visits • Create a strategic sales cycle with your accounts based on growth potential and overall value. • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing accounts • Build deep relationships with key decision-makers (practice owners, opticians, buyers) • Drive product adoption and increase share of wallet within active accounts • Conduct regular business reviews and ensure accounts are set up for success • Achieve KPIs through performance dashboards and account playbooks • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in your territory • Develop account-specific strategies to grow revenue and improve retention • Track and report on pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics • Identify operational or product feedback from accounts to help inform cross-functional improvements. • Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to address account needs • Lead confident, consultative conversations that uncover customer needs • Address pricing, product, and competitive objections with clarity and confidence • Adapt messaging based on account type, buyer persona, and stage in the sales cycle
• Own strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Shopping, Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen) • Manage and allocate a multi-million dollar search budget to hit customer acquisition cost targets • Build and maintain a rigorous testing cadence around keywords, bidding strategies, ad copy & landing pages • Own feed management and segmentation opportunities • Stay ahead of platform changes (Demand Gen, SmartAI, PMAX evolution) and bring forward-looking recommendations • Own organic search strategy across technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content • Develop and execute a content strategy targeting high-intent keywords across the eyewear space • Build and manage a link acquisition program to grow domain authority over time • Partner with the data & analytics team to build reporting in Looker and ensure search data (paid + organic) integrates cleanly into our internal views • Collaborate with the creative team to align search messaging & asset evaluation across our campaigns • Coordinate with paid social and affiliate to align channel strategy, share keyword intelligence, and avoid cannibalization
• Continue to evolve best practices in a small backend-focused product team. • Collaborate with other engineers through code reviews and pair coding. • Assist team members through difficult tasks and provide alternate approaches. • Break down projects into executable sprints and tasks. • Focus on iterating on and optimizing our order management system. • Engage in technical conversations across the team – architecture meetings, code reviews, etc. • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to implement technical solutions.
• Manage and grow relationships with regional and mid-tier optical retail chains across North America • Support the Sales Director in executing national sales strategies and account-level growth plans • Own day-to-day communication with assigned accounts, ensuring strong alignment and responsiveness • Drive revenue by identifying upsell opportunities, expanding assortments, and developing new partnerships • Lead assortment planning, order forecasting, and sell-through analysis to optimize account performance • Prospect and onboard new regional optical accounts aligned with Pair’s growth strategy • Support pitch development, proposals, and follow-up with prospective partners • Partner with Sales Operations, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate order flow and timely replenishment • Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Merchandising on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and assortment updates • Support account reporting and business reviews, surfacing insights and growth opportunities to leadership • Monitor sell-out data and inventory levels to inform replenishment and planning decisions • Track and analyze key performance metrics (sales, AOV, returns, attachment rate, campaign performance) • Maintain accurate account data and reporting across CRM and internal systems (e.g., Monday, Looker)
• Implement new business systems and enhance existing business systems (including NetSuite ERP, WMS, PLM, planning software, and others) • Identify areas of improvement in current business processes and systems by engaging with cross-functional system users and company leadership • Design thorough, scalable solutions to address identified areas of improvement • Integrate new and existing systems using an iPaaS tool, EDI, or other method of integration • Coordinate business system project timelines alongside Business Systems Senior Manager and/or 3rd party service providers • Triage and resolve business systems-related tickets and enhancement requests submitted by end users • Develop materials or conduct sessions to assist in training system end users • Contribute to development of the Business Systems team’s project roadmap, aimed at improving overall systems efficiency
• Manage inbound purchase orders and shipments, ensuring suppliers meet ship dates, quantities, and documentation, while proactively flagging risks and maintaining reporting for supply planning and warehouse visibility • Coordinate inbound freight bookings and track shipments through delivery, resolving delays, shortages, damages, or missing paperwork • Execute and track outbound shipments, including 3PL coordination, replacements, and issue resolution • Partnering with warehouse teams to ensure timely execution, especially during peak periods, launches, and high-volume seasons • Own SKU setup and ongoing maintenance in NetSuite, ensuring item data accuracy across supply chain–critical fields • Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reporting on PO health, inbound/outbound performance, transit times, and service levels • Support cross-functional handoffs and process improvements across Sourcing, Planning, CX, Logistics, and warehouse partners • Manage ad hoc, rush, or exception-based shipments as needed
• Lead and grow the analytics team, providing coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance to develop high-performing analysts • Own analytics strategy for multiple functions—Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, and CX—focused on revenue growth, retention, and operational efficiency • Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into analytical frameworks and clear KPIs • Develop and champion a data-driven culture, ensuring high-quality, accessible insights are embedded into daily decision-making • Guide cross-functional efforts to evolve our BI reporting infrastructure in Looker and other tools, prioritizing automation, usability, and scalability • Oversee cohort and funnel analysis, experimentation design, and predictive modeling efforts to uncover key growth levers • Drive roadmap prioritization for analytics initiatives and communicate impact clearly to executive stakeholders • Collaborate with Data Engineering on model development, data hygiene, and metric governance • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and techniques to elevate the analytics function and bring innovative solutions to the business
• Strategize and implement growth marketing strategies to drive efficient customer acquisition across optimize current marketing channels including, but not limited to: Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, TV (Streaming and Linear), Influencer, and Organic Social. • Develop a holistic testing roadmap for new marketing channels and initiatives based on your previous experiences and learnings. Regularly report on the successes and learnings of the efforts with the wider team. • Partner with our VP of Marketing to establish annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets for all marketing channels. Additionally, you’ll work with our Director of Lifecycle and VP of Finance to provide inputs for forward looking growth forecasts. • Go high and low - provide both strategic leadership and make tactical recommendations for changes to our varied growth marketing channels to optimize for efficient growth. • Have a strong perspective on performance creative, work with the team to develop funnels, landing pages, ad creative, and more. • Lead and mentor our in-house team of channel managers across various levels, exemplifying Pair’s core values. Establish and own customer acquisition goals and KPIs, as well as report on key metric updates to the Pair Eyewear leadership team. • Partner with our Director of CRM & Lifecycle Marketing and analytics teams to amplify profitable marketing channels, offers, and funnels. Work closely with Data and Tech to iterate and optimize our attribution methodologies.
