Role Description 20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. The client is seeking a Business Support Virtual Assistant to serve as an Executive Administrative and Operations Coordinator for the company owner. The business is currently a one-person operation managing multiple projects, including: - Residential custom builds - Commercial site development work such as playground installations - Grading - Demolition - Retention ponds - Parking lot preparation This role is designed to offload the heavy administrative workload so the owner can focus on project management and client relationships. The VA will: - Organize files - Manage communications - Coordinate subcontractor documentation - Ensure each project is fully prepared before work begins Strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to maintain order across multiple projects are critical for success in this position. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
