Role Description We are looking for our next Limited Duration Administrative Assistant in the Water Supply Department to join our team at Tualatin Valley Water District! In this position, you’ll play a key role in supporting the 142 TVWD employees who bring safe, clean, and reliable drinking water to nearly 220,000 customers. You will be essential in general administrative support to the Water Supply Department as it completes the Willamette Water Supply Program and operates several intergovernmental commissions for the new water supply system. The Administrative Assistant plays an important role in supporting this work by: - Coordinating meetings and materials - Preparing and editing documents - Managing records - Using professional communication skills to ensure accurate, organized, and timely information sharing This position will be limited duration for 3 years from hire date.
