We are currently seeking a Systems Engineer - PrinterLogic to join our team in Herndon (REMOTE), Virginia (US-VA), United States (US). Job Summary: In the role of a Implementation Specialist, you will support customer by implementing an enterprise IT service delivery model that ensures consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to facilitate mission success and enhance the end user experience across the customer's environment. This role entails supporting the design, configuration, implementation, and accreditation of PrinterLogic solutions across an enterprise network. Job Duties: - Design and implement PrinterLogic solutions tailored to the organization's needs. - Design with a holistic view of the enterprise to ensure cost, performance, networking, and security are considered. - Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency. - Identify opportunities for automation within the PrinterLogic environment to streamline processes. - Troubleshooting performance issues across the organization. - Work closely with other IT teams to integrate PrinterLogic with existing systems and infrastructure. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes. - Monitor PrinterLogic systems for performance and reliability. - Generate reports and provide insights on system performance, usage patterns, and areas for improvement. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in related field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience. - Active Secret Security Clearance - Minimum 6 years of experience implementing and managing PrinterLogic infrastructure. - Minimum 6 years of experience with systems administration in Linux environments (RHCE equivalence) and Windows Server environments (MS Security Engineer/Solution Architect equivalence). - Minimum 1 year of experience with Department of Defense (DoD) environments and requirements. - Minimum 1 year of experience with enterprise IT environments, including networks, servers, and security protocols. - Hold an approved DoD Directive 8140 (DoDD 8140) technical certification at IAT Level II or III and stay up to date with the latest advancements and requirements. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with ServiceNow, DevOps, Azure Boards, Azure Pipelines and Azure Repos - Experience creating and analyzing PowerShell, Ansible, Bash, JAVA based, YAML and/or Python scripts. - Relevant Technical and/or Security Certifications (e.g., Network +, Security+, Microsoft, AWS, VMware, CISSP, CCNA, CCDA, CCNA-Security, etc.) - Cumulative experience with Azure Cloud Computing. - Some experience with any or all these products or technologies: Red Hat Satellite, Nagios, ForeScout, CyberArk, Layer7 PAM, SailPoint, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Splunk, AMQP (RabbitMQ), Nessus suit, Swimlane, Qualys, SCCM/MECM, BigFix, MDM solutions, JIRA - Proficient in diagnosing and resolving driver and printer issues on Windows workstations. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $68,076 - $141,826. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. About the Role: CrowdStrike is in search of a Senior Systems Engineer to join our growing Production Infrastructure Engineering team. The candidate will play an important role in the architecture and management of our production systems environments.
