Implementation Specialist
Lumivero
• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation for new clients, serving as project lead from kickoff through go-live • Partner with clients to understand business needs and develop tailored implementation plans aligned to their use cases • Analyze business processes, gather and prioritize requirements, and deliver end-user training as defined by Statements of Work • Manage implementation project plans, timelines, and cross-functional coordination to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, DevOps, Support, and Community teams throughout the implementation lifecycle • Provide intermediate and advanced post-onboarding training on complex product features • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues while proactively mitigating risk • Conduct quality assurance, testing, and User Acceptance Testing to ensure product readiness and client satisfaction • Maintain deep product knowledge, assist with testing new features, and document evolving best practices • Serve as the Voice of the Customer by sharing feedback that informs product improvements and roadmap decisions • Provide Level II customer support on product usage and best practices • Support the sales process as a subject matter expert, including product demonstrations and RFP responses
Job Requirements
- Completion of a bachelor’s level qualification and or relevant work experience
- Expertise in training, demonstrations, and presentations
- A basic understanding of technical IT issues to enable discussions with internal and external technical specialists to include an understanding of applications and data security
- Demonstrated experience in defining and optimizing business processes
- Ability to drive strategic and tactical planning to anticipate business requirements
- High level organizational ability with excellent written and oral communication skills in reviewing, developing, and implementing procedures and policies
- Working with the team on continual improvement of the implementation process, and material used as part of that process such as documentation, videos, etc.
- Strong organization and communication skills, ensuring customer satisfaction while managing expectations
