Job Description We are looking for a skilled and driven Manufacturing Service & Repair Specialist to join our team and support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Colorbiotics equipment in the field. This hands-on role is critical in ensuring our machines are reliable, safe, and functioning at optimal performance levels. You'll serve as both a technical expert and a customer-facing representative, with responsibilities ranging from installation and troubleshooting to providing valuable feedback for product development. Note: While this is a remote position, candidates must reside (or relocate) in the East Coast region—preferably in North Carolina —and be willing and able to travel up to 65-70% of the time.
