Requirements - 10+ years of experience in copywriting or creative roles at agencies or high-growth consumer brands. - Strong DTC experience, ideally within beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer health for a brand with complex scientific translation/compliance requirements. - Experience developing big brand ideas, creative platforms, and integrated campaigns. - Experience writing across the full marketing funnel—from brand campaigns to product pages and conversion-focused ads. - Experience managing or directing freelance writers or external creative partners. - Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, storytelling, and performance-oriented work. - Ability to translate scientific or technical concepts into clear consumer narratives. - A passion for science-backed beauty, longevity, and purpose-driven brand building.
