Role Description - Drive business line revenue with assigned territory and named Key Accounts. - Discover, prospect, and qualify new opportunities as well as up-sell opportunities within existing customer base. - Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure successful roll-out, adoption, and on-going use of the product. - Represent IntelAgree to the customer in all sales-related matters and understand the customer’s business, product requirements, and industry challenges. - Direct complex sales cycles including account mapping, development of high-level relationships, account strategies, and business cases. - Effectively maintain sales pipeline data and activity reports, providing management with accurate sales forecasts. - Collaborate with marketing, Account teams, and product owner to share account knowledge and execute sales strategies. - Availability to travel as needed. Qualifications - Proven track record with 5+ years of software sales experience acquiring and cultivating major accounts. - Proven ability to effectively demonstrate IntelAgree software and communicate the value proposition of our business solutions to prospects and customers. - Genuine interest in the software development industry, with the initiative to tackle and understand the newest trends and technologies. - Maniacal self-motivation, time management and personal accountability; overall hunter mentality with entrepreneurial spirit. - Strong analytical and presentation skills using common sales and business tools. - Excellent oral & written communication skills. - Experienced in sales CRM tool. Compensation - This role includes variable compensation in addition to the base which is 50% of the total compensation.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. • Document and track all leads, contacts, opportunities, and activity history consistently and in accordance with best practices within Salesforce.com • Manage and maintain a detailed pipeline to achieve assigned monthly quota. • Contact existing client base to gain referrals and offer additional service options. • Demonstrate technical capacity to understand sales tools (Web, database, CRM, Order Management, reports). • Be able to effectively articulate technical and/or clinical information in an easily understood manner. • Master product information for accurate dissemination to clients. • Educate prospective customers on the value of newborn stem cell banking and other services provided by ViaCord. • Comply with assigned schedules (including on-call rotation), assignments, and productivity metrics.
