• Ownership of our design system across Figma, Storybook, production code & AI vibecoded prototypes • Stewardship of Storybook as the source of truth for UI components and usage • Tight alignment between design intent and shipped UI • Component quality, consistency, and scalability across the product • Expand the design system to support product, marketing, and AI-ready experiences from a single, shared foundation • Partner daily with product designers to shape components early, not after the fact • Partner with frontend engineers to ensure components are easy to adopt and extend • Build and maintain reusable, accessible UI components in Vue • Translate design system decisions into clean, documented, production-ready components • Keep Figma, Storybook, and code in sync and actively close gaps • Leverage MCP when necessary to help connect intent, components, and UI • Evolve the design system to be AI-ready, enabling vibecoding prototypes by mapping intent to constrained, brand-safe components

• Manage and support Windows, Linux, and cloud-based servers (Azure, AWS, VMware) • Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity; troubleshoot and resolve incidents • Provide Tier 3 support for escalated issues from IT support teams • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) • Automate system provisioning, configuration management, and deployments • Design and optimize cloud environments for scalability, security, and cost efficiency • Manage VMware clusters, storage systems, and networking • Support containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) where applicable • Enforce identity and access management best practices (Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, MFA) • Implement and monitor security hardening, patching, and vulnerability management • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards (ISO, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.) • Partner with developers, network engineers, and security teams to deliver resilient solutions • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across the IT organization • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and post-incident reviews

• Carries out analysis and interpretation of client requirements in the light of the existing software systems developed by our client • Performs gap analysis of new requirements against existing functionality • Creates detailed use cases • Assists in managing client delivery and release schedules for projects, changes, service requests and mandatory releases as per clients’ SLAs • Takes responsibility of the overall progress of assigned tasks upon which he/she is working with strict adherence to SLA and quality standards • Acts as a central point of contact (via e-mail, teleconferencing and on-site workshops) for clients in order to understand, gather and analyse their business requirements • Document high level test cases to ensure that the QA team has the necessary knowledge to prepare functional and regression test cases and viable acceptance criteria • Participates in the review of the detailed test cases with QA team to ensure it meets client requirements and represent end-users in the UAT phase • Creates viable specifications which lead to applicable acceptance criteria and High Level Test Cases emerging from client requirements • Delivers release to clients and provide support during implementation • Participates in onsite support or training as per clients’ request • Works closely with clients and colleagues to facilitate migration of data to/from the software systems • Maintains status reports for all tasks on a regular basis • Establishes a good working relationship with customers and other peers

Polychain is seeking a versatile Full Stack Engineer to architect and build the data pipelines, APIs, and user interfaces that power our reporting systems. You’ll work across the stack—from ingesting crypto-asset data from exchanges and block explorers, to building performant APIs, to designing intuitive dashboards that help portfolio managers monitor holdings, vesting schedules, and counterparty risk. Key Responsibilities Backend API Development Design, implement, and secure REST/GraphQL endpoints for both on-chain and off-chain data. Automate data ingestion from exchanges, DeFi protocols, custodians, and OTC counterparties. Optimize data pipelines for reliability, low latency, and secure transmission. Data Normalization and Storage Normalize diverse crypto data types (trades, transfers, vesting events, price feeds). Manage both relational and NoSQL databases; fine-tune indexing and partitioning strategies. Write performant queries to power real-time dashboards and analytics. Frontend & UX Build and maintain accounting dashboards using React and TypeScript (or similar frameworks). Translate complex datasets into intuitive visualizations—tables, charts, KPIs. Follow best practices in state management, testing, and accessibility. Systems Integration Integrate internal microservices, third-party APIs, and on-chain data sources. Extend or maintain low-code tooling (e.g., Retool) when it accelerates delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with teams across Asset Operations, Finance, and Investments to gather requirements and iterate on solutions. Requirements Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 3–5 years of professional full-stack engineering experience. Backend proficiency with Go, Node.js, or Python. Frontend expertise with React and TypeScript (or equivalent). Proven experience designing, building, and consuming APIs at scale, ideally involving crypto or fintech data. Advanced SQL skills and comfort working with Postgres, BigQuery, or similar. Experience visualizing data using tools like D3, Recharts, or Plotly. Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals: on-chain transactions, smart contract events, and DeFi protocols. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Comfortable working in ambiguity and iterating quickly in a fast-paced environment. Competitive Compensation:  $150/hour (dependent on experience).
