GTM Enablement - Develop Sales Tools to Win: Build the "toolbelt" for our field and partner teams, including pitch decks, talk tracks, battlecards, and ROI calculators. - Internal Training: Support the training of Sales and Success teams on new features, ensuring they can articulate product value and handle common objections. - Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between the field, customers and Product teams, gathering feedback from the market and customers to help inform future product roadmaps. Market & Competitive Intelligence - Customer Insight: Conduct interviews and research to deeply understand the "jobs to be done" for our various personas (Superintendents, Principals, Teachers) and support customer advocacy and voice of the customer. - Competitive Tracking: Monitor competitor moves and industry trends, providing the team with concise summaries of how Panorama stays ahead.
