Role Description We are hiring a Marketing Manager to serve as the primary marketing partner for a portfolio of 6–8 Beacon-affiliated psychiatric practices. This highly visible, practice-facing role is responsible for marketing strategy, executing growth initiatives, and ensuring marketing efforts align with each practice’s business needs and capacity. The Marketing Manager works directly with practice leadership, admissions teams, and agency partners to implement marketing programs that drive new patient acquisition, strengthen referral relationships, and build local market credibility. This role is strategic and operational. The Marketing Manager does not execute technical marketing work such as SEO or paid media management directly, but leads agency partners and ensures consistent execution across digital marketing, reputation management, referral outreach support, and local brand visibility. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities across a diverse practice portfolio, balancing high-growth needs, stable practices, and newly integrated practices. What You Will Do - Practice Marketing Leadership - Serve as the primary marketing partner for a portfolio of 6–8 practices - Develop and maintain marketing plans aligned with practice growth goals - Coordinate marketing initiatives across digital, referral, and reputation channels - Facilitate regular marketing update meetings with practice leadership - Ensure marketing activities align with provider capacity and operational priorities - New Patient Acquisition - Support initiatives designed to increase qualified new patient volume - Coordinate paid media and digital marketing initiatives with agency partners - Ensure websites and landing pages support patient conversion - Monitor marketing performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities - Referral Growth Support - Support implementation of our Referral Management Playbook - Partner with referral outreach team members to align outreach strategy with marketing initiatives - Monitor CRM referral trends and identify growth opportunities - Support practices in strengthening relationships with key referral sources - Reputation & Local Market Visibility - Coordinate reputation management programs to grow and manage Google reviews - Support social media and local content development to increase community visibility - Coordinate local announcements, public relations opportunities, and practice positioning - Ensure brand consistency across practice websites and digital channels - Marketing Reporting & Accountability - Monitor KPIs including leads, conversions, referral activity, and campaign performance - Maintain marketing dashboards and reporting tools - Present marketing performance updates to practice leadership - Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and impact How Success Is Measured - Growth in qualified leads and new patient starts across assigned practices - Improved CAC and LTV-to-CAC ratio performance - Improved local reputation signals (Google reviews, GBP visibility) - On-time execution of portfolio marketing plans - Clear, credible reporting to practice leaders - Effective coordination of referral and digital growth efforts Who You Are - A collaborative professional who enjoys working closely with physicians and practice leaders - Strategic but operationally disciplined in executing marketing initiatives - Data-oriented and comfortable interpreting performance metrics - Organized and capable of managing multiple practices simultaneously - Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, admissions, and agency partners - Motivated by helping practices grow while improving patient experience and access to care What You Bring - 4–7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-location service organizations - Comfort working with physicians and practice operations leaders - Familiarity with digital marketing including paid media, SEO, and website optimization - Experience working with marketing agencies or external partners - CRM and marketing analytics experience preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field Benefits - Opportunity to directly impact patient access to behavioral health care - Strategic role supporting multiple physician-led practices - Collaboration with experienced clinical and operational leadership - Structured marketing playbooks and strong agency partnerships - Part of a growing marketing function being built to scale, with opportunity for increased scope as the organization grows
