This highly visible, practice-facing role is responsible for marketing strategy, executing growth initiatives, and ensuring marketing efforts align with each practice’s business needs and capacity. The Marketing Manager works directly with practice leadership, admissions teams, and agency partners to implement marketing programs that drive new patient acquisition, strengthen referral relationships, and build local market credibility. This role is strategic and operational. The Marketing Manager does not execute technical marketing work such as SEO or paid media management directly, but leads agency partners and ensures consistent execution across digital marketing, reputation management, referral outreach support, and local brand visibility. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities across a diverse practice portfolio, balancing high-growth needs, stable practices, and newly integrated practices.
