Role Description The Project Manager has the responsibility of planning a project and seeing that it is completed successfully, within the given deadline. One needs to have excellent management skills to coordinate with the entire team and also with the clients and stakeholders. The Project Manager needs to be comfortable working on multiple projects at any given time and ability to handle challenging conversations. - Manage resources, timeline, scope, and customer expectations - Manage project deliverables with cross functional teams - Manage change requests, determine impact, and negotiate changes to project scope - Generate and deliver project plans and cost estimates to client - Manage and participate in the following project activities: - Define functional and technical specifications - Unit and integration testing during a project - Go-Live planning and Support - Maintain project RAID logs - Support Sales staff to position solutions to customer prospects - Provide project estimates to support sales cycle - Established as the main point of contact for the customer for both project communication and escalations - Participate in post Go Live Project Management activities for key accounts - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills - Ability to travel to client sites to facilitate requirements gathering as well as delivery of the solution - Coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning with Managers of Functional Consulting and Technical Consulting to optimize team utilization - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction Qualifications - A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Minimum 5+ years Project Management experience - Project Management experience with ERP implementations preferred - Experience managing resources, timeline, scope and customer expectations - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet skills - Experience with ERP Distribution applications; Manufacturing and/or Warehouse experience desired - Some Technical or Application Development experience a plus - Experience leading cross-functional teams in a professional services environment - Experience managing remote/distributed teams and virtual customer relationships - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Attention to detail with ability to see big picture - Leadership and team motivation capabilities - Time management and prioritization skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities - Experience with AI platforms is desirable Benefits - Working at RF-SMART means joining a culture that values growth, collaboration, and innovation - Work alongside a passionate team dedicated to making a difference—both for our customers and our employees

Qualifications - A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Civil Engineering is preferred plus 5-10 years minimum applicable experience. - Ability to bid, contract, budget, and supervise all aspects of projects, and act as liaison between Tenants, Ownership, Contractors and City Officials. - Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time and within budget necessary. - Excellent communication and customer service skills required. - PC proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and project management software required.
