Role Description We're seeking an experienced Project Coordinator: Scheduling & Production Coordination Specialist to manage the flow of confirmed projects from sales through to production delivery. - Coordinate project schedules and allocate work to painting crews through the Production Manager. - Ensure projects move from confirmation to completion as efficiently as possible. - Reduce average project completion cycle timeline, which is a major priority for the business. - Work closely with the sales team and the production manager to ensure projects are scheduled quickly. - Keep crews fully utilized and clients informed throughout the process. Qualifications - Excellent spoken and written English. - Previous experience in project coordination, scheduling, or operations within construction, trades, or property services environments. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously. - Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and clients. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adjust schedules when unexpected issues arise. - High attention to detail when managing project timelines and operational documentation. - Comfortable using scheduling, CRM, or project management systems. - Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment.
