• Design and launch multi-stage user journeys and trigger-based communication flows across all channels • Own bonus & promo logic end-to-end: calculate cost, expected value, risk, then configure it inside the platform • Build deep audience segmentation and keep it clean, validated, and exclusion-aware • Create CRM copy and build templates across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels • QA everything before it goes live: rendering, personalization, journey logic, bonus mechanics • Run A/B tests, track OR/CTR/CVR/deliverability, and turn data into weekly/monthly reports • Maintain docs, naming conventions, and the internal knowledge base

• Process and track daily payments (bank transfers, online platforms, crypto) • Verify invoices and payment documents • Monitor transactions across accounts • Maintain payment records and update financial spreadsheets • Support monthly financial closing and reporting

• Translate product ideas into clear requirements and specifications • Manage tickets in Jira, decompose tasks, and assist with sprint planning • Communicate between development and business — relay constraints, alternatives, and risks • Participate in team meetings and help with synchronization in critical situations • As the platform grows, take on increasingly complex technical specifications for backend functionality

• Collect, verify, and prepare payment information and supporting documentation • Execute daily payments through bank accounts, crypto wallets, and payment platforms • Review and verify invoices and payment requests before processing • Monitor incoming and outgoing transactions across bank accounts and crypto wallets • Maintain accurate records of payment and transaction data for reconciliation and reporting • Maintain and regularly update the Cash Flow Sheet and P&L dashboard • Manage accounts payable, including tracking and planning creditor payments • Maintain and update the payment calendar • Manage payroll and tax payments • Conduct bank reconciliations • Reconcile transactions with payment systems and game providers • Support budget planning and financial monitoring • Prepare and send invoices to clients, partners, and contractors • Support monthly financial closing (income, expenses, balances) • Analyze financial results and compare with forecasts • Review and adjust budgets based on actual performance • Prepare ad hoc financial reports for management and stakeholders

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles from briefing to offer stage. • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and candidate profiles. • Conduct active sourcing through LinkedIn, Telegram, referrals, and direct outreach. • Collaborate with recruitment agencies when required and manage agency pipelines. • Review, screen, and assess candidates for both skill fit and cultural alignment. • Coordinate interview processes and collect structured feedback. • Manage offer communication and candidate experience. • Maintain accurate data and reporting in Greenhouse. • Track recruitment metrics and contribute to improving hiring efficiency.
