• Lead all phases of study management, including Planning and Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout. • Gather customer requirements and translate them into clear instructions for internal teams. • Develop, maintain, and organize study documentation. • Coordinate equipment distribution and tracking. • Create and distribute study reports. • Ensure accurate archiving of study data and documentation. • Establish and maintain customer expectations throughout the study lifecycle. • Monitor study timelines and ensure delivery against key milestones. • Manage study financials, including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, scope change review, and invoice reconciliation. • Identify study risks and associated mitigations; escalate when appropriate. • Facilitate internal and external negotiations to support collaboration, communication, and efficient resource use. • Apply structured problem‑solving approaches to resolve issues and maintain documentation of escalations and resolutions. • Ensure timely and compliant completion of required training. • Present study services at Investigator Meetings or site initiation meetings, as needed. • Participate in client meetings with Business Development or Operational teams to present services and operational data flow. • Contribute to the training and onboarding of new Project Management team members. • Support additional tasks, assignments, and special projects as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or proven project management skills or industry experience.
  • Clario PM Certification required when applicable.
  • 1–4 years of experience in project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Working knowledge of the drug development process.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional English proficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and responsiveness.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel up to approximately 20%.
