• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across brand and performance channels. • Coordinate cross-functional campaign launches across creative, performance marketing, product, and operations teams. • Draft and help manage creative briefs, ensuring campaign objectives, messaging inputs, and specs are clearly documented to enable strong creative execution. • Support creative development by coordinating review cycles, consolidating stakeholder feedback, and helping ensure assets align with campaign goals. • Help manage timelines and cross-functional communication so campaigns move smoothly from brief → creative development → launch. • Own the upkeep of marketing budget trackers and expense sheets across the marketing organization. • Manage invoice processing with our accounting team and coordinate vendor invoice intake for agencies and partners across the marketing team. • Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of marketing spend. • Support the organization of cross-team marketing processes, helping improve operational clarity across the marketing organization. • Help coordinate marketing-wide initiatives, keeping timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies on track. • Assist marketing managers with go-to-market (GTM) planning and checklists for campaign launches. • Help coordinate internal launch readiness across teams. • Ensure campaign deliverables, assets, and timelines are organized and documented. • Assist with experimentation and growth in emerging marketing channels, including TikTok and Snapchat. • Support campaign coordination, creative asset organization, and performance tracking for emerging channels.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in integrated marketing, brand marketing, performance marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams like brand, creative marketing, performance marketing, product, or analytics/data science.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to track multiple initiatives and campaigns at different stages simultaneously.
  • Experience maintaining trackers, documentation systems, or project workflows.
  • Comfort working with budgets, invoices, or marketing expense tracking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong bias toward execution.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping bring clarity to complex or fast-moving projects.

Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Marketing Specialist supports the execution, coordination, and delivery of marketing initiatives across brand, content, product marketing, and events. This role provides structure, momentum, and operational support to ensure marketing programs move efficiently from planning to execution and are delivered on time and on brand. Role Overview The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting day-to-day marketing execution, project management, and event coordination. You will work closely with Brand and Content, Product Marketing, Design, and Marketing Automation to keep initiatives organized, on track, and moving forward. This is a hands-on role for a highly organized marketer who thrives on coordination, follows through, and brings plans to life. Key Responsibilities - Marketing Execution and Project Management - Support execution of marketing initiatives across brand, content, and product marketing.
