Imubit
• Lead the implementation of key global people processes, including talent, performance management, engagement, and learning initiatives. • Advise, coach, and influence management on all things people-related. • Actively educate and provide strategic solutions to the business on employee retention, performance management, conflict resolution, compensation, policy compliance, and employment law. • Use HR analytics to improve talent and business capabilities and influence positive culture change. • Support change management initiatives for successful adoption of organizational changes. • Lead the design, governance, and execution of a competitive, equitable, and global compensation strategy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field.
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- 7+ years of Human Resource leadership experience with proven results leading HR initiatives within a fast-paced, high-tech, growth environment.
- L&D experience required - Design and deliver courses, workshops and other trainings.
- HRBP experience preferred.
- Global HR experience preferred.
- Experience leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
- Experience leading career pathing and leadership development.
- Experience working in fast-growing startups.
