Role Description We’re hiring a Creative Operations Specialist to support our Creative Studio. Nothing of quality gets produced without someone, somewhere, taking ownership – that’s you. You are the glue, the amazing enzyme that goes far beyond just managing traffic and communications as a producer, to simply doing whatever necessary to get the best work out of our best people for ICF Next and the client. Your tools are over-communication, organization, experience, a keen eye that sees traps down the road and steers the work around them, and a personality that encourages collaboration, creativity and professionalism. This is a strategic opening to provide networking opportunities for upcoming openings. Join our Creative Studio of mission-driven creatives, communicators, strategists, and technologists who are rapidly putting ICF Next on the map for DC Metro’s premier creative shop. As a Creative Operations Specialist, you will: - Support public and private-sector clients who tackle issues like HIV/AIDS, disaster preparedness, human trafficking, climate change, child welfare, and more. - Act as a liaison between the account team and the creative team to own the creative development process, making sure we get the best work out of the team at maximum efficiency and quality for the company and client. - Oversee workflow in multiple mediums across the account deliverables list, ensuring version control, edits, internal deadlines, final deadlines, quality control and final release files all are optimized. - Assist in capture and organic growth estimating in partnership with Ops and Acct Teams. - Help manage outside vendors such as printers, photographers etc. - Draft internal and external creative development schedules geared around key milestones and stakeholders, that also allow for the best creative product. - Audit hours, budgets, staff to match against expectations and proactive considerations, keeping everything moving smoothly. Qualifications - 10+ years' experience in creative operations, preferably within an agency environment. - A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or equivalent experience in a related field.
