Role Description Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Collections, you will be responsible for inbound collection calls of delinquent FlexPay installments and FlexPay Eligibility inquiries. Performs a variety of routine and complex tasks, which includes document processing, data entry and preparing checks for deposit. This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: NJ, DE, PA. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA office as needed. What You'll Do - Answer inbound customer calls for Flexpay installment collections and eligibility. - Handle all call types related to Flexpay installment plans and eligibility. - Review Flexpay credit card decline and eligibility reports; act as liaison with collection agencies and Finance to resolve issues. - Process payments manually, scan checks, balance and prepare checks for deposit. - Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
