Role Description Responsible for project planning and delivery, including managing multiple concurrent complex projects, collaborating within and across departments to flawlessly execute against projects, processes, and high priority projects for a technology platform that securely collects and shares financial health data. - Monitor performance metrics to understand where roadblocks or bottlenecks exist for delivery teams, identify delivery risks early, and develop mitigation strategies. - Work with important partners to develop a clear understanding of a business need, define the project goals, and ensure understanding of strategic goals. - Drive process improvement and work with the delivery team on deliverable tracking and impediments or delays. - Manage multiple partners, aligning on common goals and communicating risks. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Twelve (12) months of experience in job offered, technical project management, or related occupation. - In lieu of a bachelor’s plus 12 months of experience, the company will accept three (3) years of experience in job offered, technical project management, or related occupation. - Any amount of experience in additional requirements section below will be acceptable unless specific amount is noted. All experience must be concurrent.
