Role Description If you’re a seasoned Sage X3 professional who enjoys solving complex ERP challenges, leading projects and mentoring others, this role offers the opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership position supporting a large and growing enterprise environment. This organization operates one of the more extensive Sage X3 environments you’re likely to encounter, supporting hundreds of users across dozens of operational sites with a wide network of integrated systems. As ERP Technical Lead, you’ll play a central role in guiding how the platform evolves, partnering closely with technology leadership while helping the organization continue to scale its systems and integrations. You’ll lead a small team of ERP analysts and serve as a key technical and strategic resource for ERP initiatives across the organization. This is an opportunity for a seasoned Sage X3 professional to step into a highly visible role supporting a major ERP footprint while helping shape the future direction of the platform and the broader enterprise systems landscape. Key Responsibilities - Provide technical leadership for a large Sage X3 environment supporting multiple business functions - Lead or contribute to ERP initiatives including integrations, system enhancements and process improvements - Serve as an escalation point for complex ERP support issues and technical troubleshooting - Oversee ERP-related projects while ensuring sound architecture and best practices - Partner with business teams to identify opportunities to improve workflows and system utilization - Mentor and guide a small team of ERP analysts supporting day-to-day operations and projects - Collaborate with internal technology teams and external partners to maintain and enhance the ERP ecosystem Qualifications - At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Sage X3 in a senior consultant, technical consultant or similar ERP leadership capacity - Strong understanding of ERP architecture, integrations and enterprise systems environments - Experience supporting ERP systems within manufacturing or similarly complex operational environments - Ability to troubleshoot complex ERP challenges and guide technical solutions - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor others and collaborate across teams Preferred Experience - Technical consulting or development experience related to Sage X3 - Experience managing or mentoring technical team members

• Drive solution resources and ensure governance throughout the project lifecycle. • Build and lead the execution of the project plan, coordinating across various technology platforms. • Oversee project activities to ensure timelines are met and risks/issues are mitigated. • Report progress, risks, and decisions to the program manager. • Act as the primary liaison between business/zone stakeholders and the project team. • Confirm and onboard the project team before kickoff, clarifying roles and responsibilities. • Collaborate with BRMs and business stakeholders to ensure timely requirement gathering and alignment with project goals. • Support the local business team during UAT, ensure sign-off, and manage issue resolution cadence. • Coordinate with release managers to align release schedules with project timelines. • Assist with cutover activities and ensure digital team plans are well documented. • Facilitate understanding of deployment impacts and support training efforts. • Enable smooth adoption through change management and post-deployment follow-up. • Track project progress against business requirements and report status and risks. • Collect post-deployment feedback to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. • Foster close cooperation across all roles and functions.

• Lead planning and execution of GenAI projects, ensuring clear scope, timelines, execution, and deliverables while maintaining client relationships. • Deliver projects on time and to defined quality benchmarks through disciplined operational management. • Drive accurate forecasting and proactive risk mitigation to protect delivery commitments. • Align internal teams, contributors, and clients to ensure clarity of expectations and execution standards. • Strategically improve productivity and quality by identifying bottlenecks and applying data driven operational decisions. • Strengthen stakeholder engagement through structured communication and transparent daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. • Establish structured project closure practices, capturing lessons learned, iterating operating processes, and identifying future opportunities. • Drive thought leadership and increase scalability of delivery models by applying repeatable workflows and structured improvements to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality

• Lead and manage end-to-end product implementations for clients • Coordinate daily with clients and development teams, keeping both sides aligned and accountable • Oversee and coordinate developer activities in a structured way: track tasks, monitor status, and ensure quality and deadlines are met • Act as the main point of contact for delivery, reporting to the VP of Client Delivery • Provide product expertise to clients and serve as a trusted advisor during the implementation phase • Proactively identify and resolve issues, keeping projects on track • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, developers, and senior management • Create and maintain project tracking documentation and regular status reports
