• Understand the e-shelf and digital content ecosystem through best practices in Computer-Generated Imagery (CGI) and 3D modeling for digital packaging. • Apply labeling and packaging artwork to CGI models. • Assess materials to ensure high content quality standards. • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and improve tools. • Provide expertise and recommendations to brands regarding CGI packshots, Mobile Hero Images, eMerchandising, and the reuse of CGI images for more advanced assets (beauty shots, POS, etc.). • Develop guidelines for Mobile Hero Images. • Support troubleshooting in CGI production to achieve high quality standards and ensure efficiency and scalability across markets. • Contribute to the creation and/or maintenance of Operational Documentation, ensuring correct execution of services (Processes, Service Catalog, Briefings, Training Materials, standard routines, etc.). • Use strong technical experience and a broad perspective to identify innovative and effective solutions (CGI standards, production processes, graphic production, etc.) that deliver quality and time gains. • Draft and recommend new ways of working and processes to leadership when necessary. • Capture and drive continuous improvement through the use of management routines. • Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards, including effective management of standard routines, the Market Deployment Toolkit, and Control Best Practices.

• Prepare global reports, fact sheets, newsletters, presentations, and other products using IEEFA templates and brand standards. • Potentially review and revise the design of IEEFA templates, e.g. PDF and HTML reports, fact sheets, PPTs, webinar collateral, social media tiles etc. • Work with analysts to identify and create visualizations, including clear and compelling charts, graphs, maps, explainers, etc. • Create graphics and digital assets for IEEFA’s reports, website, social media, webinars, newsletters, short videos/animations, events, presentations, handbooks, and partner/funder materials. • Develop visual, shareable explainers that make IEEFA’s analysis easier for non-experts to understand, using maps, timelines, comparisons, long-form layouts, and other data journalism and visual storytelling techniques. • Provide light training/support for regional teams using templates and data visualization software such as Flourish. • Contribute to publication and design guidelines, training materials, and other resources, in collaboration with regional designers. • Work with regional teams to ensure design consistency. • Take on regional design, formatting, and data visualization projects during periods where regional teams are over-extended. • Assigned temporarily, part-time as designer to regional teams for longer periods when needed (e.g. during staff turnover, long leave, extended busy periods, budget gaps), with periodic review.

• Contribute to recurring, medium-to-high complexity projects that bring Morning Brew’s brands to life, including projects like franchise brand refreshes, design style guide development, and brand marketing assets. • Produce and package recurring editorial and content marketing deliverables such as ebooks, deep dives, and explainers. • Create high-volume social graphics across multiple franchises, ensuring platform-appropriate consistency and visual impact. • Support campaign and event design by building out creative toolkits, adapting assets, and producing event collateral for summits, tentpoles, and consumer/pro events. • Handle corporate communications including awards, hiring announcements, product updates, and seasonal campaigns. • Build and maintain templates, decks, and digital modules, such as presale decks, and editorial templates. • Pioneer the use of new tools and techniques and share learnings with the team. • Give useful feedback to other designers and stakeholders. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
