Job Description

Sales Operations Coordinator

Scratch Financial

• Responsible for overall service of Traffic functions within respective station/region • Support stations/regions efforts to drive revenue and deliver customer service both internally and with clients • Preparation/editing of 24-hour daily log consisting of programs, commercials, and promos • Organize, track and record keeping of commercial copy materials sent from agencies/clients • Build formats and ensure that they have the correct timings, coding, breaks, and inventory codes • Coordination of account activities and reconciliation of spots for invoicing • Delivery of broadcast logs and automation playlist for primary and digital channels • Troubleshoot any issues with logs, formats, copy, on air discrepancies, and as runs • Ability to work with various departments within stations on projects and daily work functions that require traffic operations

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in broadcast traffic and working experience in broadcast traffic systems
  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
