Senior Creator Manager
Aftershock Media Group
• Serve as the main bridge between Supercell game team and the Hay Day creator community, managing all communication channels with professionalism and speed. • Provide creative guidance on visual storytelling, farm layouts, social media strategy, and "Cozy Gaming" trends to elevate content quality. • Plan and distribute early access content, sneak peeks, and exclusive assets to empower creators. • Identify and recruit emerging talent from YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. • Manage the full creator lifecycle within Supercell Creator Program from daily application reviews to managing offboarding. • Stay ahead of content creation trends to inform outreach and program evolution. • Track creator progress via KPIs, providing weekly guidance and educational resources. • Ensure all creator content aligns with guidelines and community standards. • Act as the internal advocate for Hay Day creators ensuring global initiatives are adapted to the audience's pace and style. • Drive creator and program growth by optimizing the creator economy and promoting initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Deep understanding of the Cozy Gaming subculture and its community dynamics.
- Expertise in content creation with the ability to teach, guide, and mentor content creators effectively (advantageous).
- Experience in conflict resolution or 'difficult conversations' (essential for managing program exits).
- Skill or progress on personal Hay Day account (advantageous).
- High degree of accountability and ownership.
- Proactive mentality.
- Ability to inspire and encourage others.
- A keen eye for visual design and content aesthetics.
- Prior experience in task management in similar roles.
