Senior People Technology Analyst

• Configure, maintain, and support core People systems, including HRIS and related tools for onboarding, performance, learning, benefits, and compliance. • Support system upgrades, new feature releases, and incremental enhancements across the People tech stack. • Manage workflows, permissions, and system settings to align with evolving People processes. • Troubleshoot system issues, partner with vendors on resolution, and escalate complex items when needed. • Build and maintain automated workflows to streamline People processes such as onboarding, employee changes, approvals, and reporting. • Support the rollout and ongoing use of AI-enabled capabilities, including employee support tools, automated validations, and intelligent routing. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality through automation and system optimization.Help document and follow standards for data privacy, security, and responsible use of AI. • Support integrations between HRIS, payroll, ATS, benefits, and finance systems in partnership with IT. • Monitor data accuracy and perform routine audits to ensure reliable downstream reporting. • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for People Operations and business stakeholders. • Assist with audit preparation and compliance-related reporting. • Partner with the People Team and cross-functional stakeholders to understand system needs and translate them into system configurations or enhancements. • Provide systems training, documentation, and support. • Support the applicant tracking system to ensure smooth data flow into downstream People systems. • Stay current on People technology and AI trends and recommend incremental improvements.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HRIS administration, People Operations systems, or HR technology roles.
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting AI-enabled solutions—including conversational bots, workflow agents, and intelligent automation—that streamline People Operations, improve data accuracy, and enhance the employee experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting and configuring at least one HRIS or People system.
- Working knowledge of core HR processes, including onboarding, employee data management, benefits, compliance, and performance cycles.
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience building reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with APIs, integration tools, or data mapping concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive employee data.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
