Overview We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in Anaheim, California. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The position works closely with field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of project execution. Responsibilities • Manage commercial construction projects from project kickoff through final completion • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to maintain project timelines • Review construction drawings, specifications, and project scopes • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation • Conduct site visits and collaborate with field supervisors to monitor progress and quality • Communicate project updates with internal teams and stakeholders • Identify potential risks or delays and implement solutions to keep projects on track • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
