• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance for boat deliveries and demonstrations • Promote an attitude of customer accommodation and support for all MarineMax patrons • Detect and resolve customer expectation issues • Assist in maintaining a professional presentation of the products represented by MarineMax

• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets • Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Track project progress and prepare management status updates • Support labor, equipment, and material resource planning • Assist with takeoffs and bid document preparation • Maintain contracts, permits, drawings, change orders, submittals, and RFIs • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and progress reports • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements • Assist with permit applications and environmental documentation • Serve as liaison between field crews, office staff, and leadership • Schedule meetings, inspections, and site visits • Provide project updates to clients and stakeholders • Coordinate with engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to resolve issues • Coordinate delivery and tracking of materials and equipment • Review invoices and purchase orders against budgets • Monitor subcontractor performance • Assist with bid preparation and proposal submissions • Track project expenses and budget variances • Support project closeout documentation (warranties, as-builts, final reports) • Support enforcement of company safety policies and OSHA/USCG regulations • Track inspections, incidents, and corrective actions • Help ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations

• This position will be responsible for managing the construction projects for the Company and supporting the operations team to achieve their goals to remodel, renovate or expand our retail and manufacturing facilities. • Determine and define scope of work and deliverables • Predict resources needed to complete project • Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites • Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements • Manage costs to meet budget • Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts • Manage construction schedule and activities • Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines • Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes • Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships • Coordinate efforts across the entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
