• Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions to meet the needs of clients and/or customers. • They oversee the entire solution development process from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring that the solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives. • Designs solutions for new customers and/or introducing this service line to existing customers by leveraging the full range of RRD services capabilities. • Collaborate with internal teams to assess requirements and recommend tailored approaches that align with client goals. • Responsible for taking full ownership in presenting the value proposition for designated service line to customers. • Create/maintain strategies, sales & marketing materials that enables closing the sale efficiently. • Review value proposition regularly, developing standardized collateral, optimizing costs and introducing creative pricing models and identify new and innovative channels to present the solution to customers. • Develop and coach Solution Architects and Sales Teams as appropriate in the evolution of the service line’s value proposition and service delivery models. • Support the successful delivery of all opportunity assessment and diligence activities; identify resources required to successfully deliver the assessment opportunity. • Develop and maintain accurate benchmarking information. • Develop initial implementation plan for opportunities and coordinate with the implementation team to build detailed plans and ensure a smooth transition to the implementation team upon successfully closing the sale. • Collaborate with Technology team to enhance existing platforms, explore new technologies that will enhance our ability to grow top line. • Establish relationships with external service partners (technology, equipment vendors, software providers).
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is required.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working within or supporting clients.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a solution development, or related consulting role.
- Experience working in a strategic context with proven ability to translate strategy into delivery; able to effectively deliver change management in complex environments.
- Financially and commercially astute; possesses ability to analyze requirements and implement advantageous pricing recommendations across the service line.
- Ability to interact with and negotiate business positions to internal and external council and client stakeholders.
- Possesses superior client facing communication skills; ability to lead presentations to internal and external stakeholders; effectively manages sensitive client conversations and develops consensus on key issues.
- Demonstrated client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage and coach teams across a matrix/virtual environment to their optimal levels.
- Able to influence/steer at a senior and executive level within and outside client groups.
- Detail oriented, decisive and proactive problem solver.
- Project Management certification preferred.
- Computer literate and able to develop high quality professional presentations through MS Office particularly, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Role Description We are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven colleague to support Cologix’s sales team in developing and closing opportunities by providing colocation/networking expertise and pre‑sales technical support for prospects, customers, and partners across our North American platform. The Solutions Architect will play a key role in educating customers of all sizes on Cologix’s value proposition and participating in deep technical discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment. The primary role of the Solutions Architect is to function as a technical advisor/consultant for Cologix customers and the Cologix sales team, architecting creative and complex colocation and IT/cloud/networking solutions. This position supports all of Cologix’s North American platform (U.S. & Canada) and therefore may require some travel; however, it will be primarily focused on the Eastern U.S. market. Essential Skills and Responsibilities - Broad knowledge of Internet technologies including servers, networking equipment, and storage design solutions for colocation, hosting, and cloud. - Broad knowledge of AI systems and AI system architecture. - Detailed knowledge of critical facilities and an understanding of electrical/generation and mechanical systems. - Detailed knowledge of data center telecom cabling standards. - Ability to quickly and accurately assess current operations, identify design flaws, and build consensus on both proposed solutions and action plans. - Strong ability to refine ambiguous customer needs into specific, deliverable requirements. - Ability to uncover hidden or unrealized customer requirements and gain prospect consensus. - Ability to independently develop relationships and communicate with high‑level internal and external technical staff. Presentation Skills - Able to design and present highly technical concepts and solution specifics to internal and external audiences of varying technical capabilities in a clear, concise, and easily understood manner. - Ability to influence cross‑functional departments to gain alignment and drive design solutions with the appropriate teams. • As a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer you will be a technical leader within Teleport’s partner ecosystem, responsible for enabling, evangelizing, and scaling Teleport through channel and cloud partners. • You will work closely with Partner, Sales, Product, Product Marketing, and Marketing teams to develop repeatable technical motions that help partners confidently position, sell, and deploy Teleport as a modern infrastructure identity platform, displacing legacy infrastructure access and security tools.
• Own and Deliver Value-Led Product Demos - Serve as the product expert on the go-to-market team, mastering QBench’s capabilities and how they apply to different laboratory workflows. • Own demo environments end-to-end, including setup, configuration, and ongoing refinement. • Customize demos to reflect prospect-specific workflows, challenges, and success criteria rather than delivering one-size-fits-all presentations. • Run value-led demos that tell a clear story about how QBench addresses operational pain, compliance needs, and scalability (not feature-by-feature walkthroughs). • Adapt messaging in real time to speak to different stakeholders, showing the same capabilities through different lenses depending on prospect priorities. • Partner with Sales to Drive Strong Qualification and Value Selling - Work in close partnership with Account Executives on every prospect call, acting as a strategic pre-sales partner. • Run deeper discovery after initial demos to uncover workflow complexity, operational pain points, and decision criteria. • Continuously reinforce value throughout the sales cycle, helping prospects connect QBench’s capabilities to meaningful business and scientific outcomes. • Support opportunity qualification by helping assess technical and operational fit early and honestly. • Support Trials and Evaluations - Own and support product trials and evaluations for prospective customers. • Ensure demo and trial environments reflect realistic lab workflows and use cases. • Partner with AEs to guide prospects through evaluations with clear success criteria and outcomes. • Provide Product, Market, and Enablement Feedback - Act as a key feedback loop between prospects, Sales, and Product. • Share insights from demos and evaluations to inform product roadmap, positioning, and messaging. • Document best practices, demo approaches, and common workflows to support internal enablement. Help refine how QBench tells its product story as the company scales. • Contribute to a Strong, Scalable GTM Function - Help evolve QBench’s pre-sales and demo motions in a fast-growing environment. • Experiment with new demo approaches, narratives, and discovery techniques, sharing learnings with the broader team. • Uphold QBench’s values in every prospect interaction, prioritizing long-term customer fit and success.
