• In partnership with the MIC Deputy of Transformative Organizing and other key stakeholders, refine and implement a strategic program, including key investments and partnerships, that leverage the outcomes and learnings from the pilot phase, and build collective systems and practices supported by networked infrastructure. • Define and prioritize program goals and outcomes into actionable work plans to meet the overall objectives of the strategic plan • Cultivate Communities of Practice (politicized healers, movement operations practitioners, power-building change makers), to understand and assess the healing, sustainability, and culture needs of the movement workforce, supported by research • Convene a wide range of stakeholders to engage in collaborative ideation and shared analysis and approach for defining collective movement standards/principles for fair labor standards, democratic governance, and other elements of durable and transformative power-building organizations • Landscape and assess the state of social-emotional training curriculum and offerings, and develop key interventions to meet the needs of power-building leaders, members, and movement support practitioners • Cultivate networks and deepen relationships with practitioners, subject-matter experts, researchers, and capacity-builders • Oversee all action research for testing HSC practices, collect data, and facilitate gatherings for sense-making • Work in close collaboration with other MIC leadership to ensure alignment, cross-fertilization, and shared programming across all program strategies • In collaboration with the Learning and Impact Director, support knowledge capture and dissemination related to HSC • We envision that as we move beyond the startup phase, the responsibilities for this position will shift to address other growing and strategic needs of Healing, Sustainability, and Culture in the power-building field.

• Collaborate closely with the Aviation Market Director and dedicated aviation staff nationally to deliver goals. • Lead the business growth of key aviation planning and design (horizontal and vertical) services by developing a pipeline of new and existing business/contract opportunities throughout the US. • Drive partnerships with other consultants in the aviation industry to win and perform projects. • Guide growth of the practice based on emerging trends, technologies, policies, and available funding sources that build on our existing reputation and relationships. • Maintain a thought-leader/Subject Matter Expert profile in the industry by providing industry leading customer service to existing and potential clients. • Guide the appropriate level of collaboration between Project Managers and the cross-functional technical (discipline) teams. • Manage, monitor, and forecast metrics including Backlog, Profit and Loss, Sales, Net Revenue, Utilization, Continuing Education, and Non-Billable Travel and Expenses for the Practice. • Lead and support where appropriate all shortlist presentations for prospective clients and participate in contract negotiations with clients. • Provide quality reviews of project documentation including work plans thru final deliverables.

What You Will Do - Lead program planning, execution, and delivery in accordance with government contract requirements, milestones, and performance standards. - Oversee program operations including staffing, task management, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination. - Develop and maintain project roadmaps, plans, schedules, and performance tracking tools; ensure timely delivery of contract deliverables. - Manage program budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting in alignment with contract guidelines. - Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact program success. - Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, security requirements, and quality standards. - Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project managers, technical leaders, and contract staff. - Prepare and deliver program status briefings, reports, and metrics to government stakeholders and internal leadership. Qualifications - Must have an active Top Secret clearance or higher - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. - 10+ years managing complex IT software development programs within a federal space - 5+ years managing concurrent Agile initiatives - Active Certified PMP or PMI-ACP - Familiarity with Department of State programs is highly preferred What We Would Like You To Bring With You - Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. - Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite. - Experience with federal budgeting and procurement processes. Pay Range The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $130,687.00 - $222,169.00
