• Lead cross-functional execution for key initiatives, ensuring clarity of scope, ownership, and sequencing across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Data Science • Run the program rhythm, including steering reviews, retrospectives, and milestone tracking to keep leadership aligned and issues visible early • Define program success metrics and use data to drive accountability and continuous improvement across multiple workstreams • Develop business and product recommendations and build analytical frameworks to optimize strategic decisions and measure business impact • Drive end-to-end initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish scalable processes that support business growth • Contribute to the long-term strategy and vision for ZRAM
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Strategy or Strategy and Operations roles within technology companies or consulting firms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience building models, defining metrics, and synthesizing data for actionable recommendations
- Experience designing and executing pilots or experiments to drive business growth or product adoption
- Strong strategic judgment and intuition for market opportunities and customer needs
- Exceptional cross-functional collaborator, able to align and influence across product, sales, marketing, and analytics teams
- Able to thrive in ambiguity, drive clarity, and lead complex programs from concept through launch
- Experience in B2B environments preferred; familiarity with real estate, rentals, or advertising products is a plus.

The Program Manager will provide overall leadership and direction for a government contract, ensuring delivery of program objectives, compliance with federal requirements, and alignment with agency mission goals.
